Yes. The official name in the USA is "Mazda MX-5 Miata", nearly everyone here just calls it a Miata, as the car seems to have too much personality for an alphabet-soup name.

Raceway Park in Shakopee, Minnesota has a loading ramp which oval-track drivers use to load their cars on flatbed trucks. Maybe this is common and a good place to load a car for a cross-country trip.
