- I had that particular alt. reworked to accept an on-board regulator. I`m not sure I would change it if you don`t have to. carl

- Getting the correct alternator can be tricky. Several times I have been presented with a part that supposedly cross-referenced but was not the same thing. Make sure you specify "electric choke." Bett
