Actually, you are incorrect. Water alone has better thermal transfer properties than water mix with with antifreeze (ethylene glycol ). Antifreeze actually retards heat transfer and is used primarily

I have installed the aux fan too! It basically acts as a supercharger, forcing more air into the system. It feeds both the a/c and the heater. The results are fantastic. I highly recommend it as well
