I found a cover at the local Pep Boys. If I remember right it's made by Superior. It was labeled for large diameter rims. Sewing it on was a real pain but it looks pretty good. Around $15.00 Marvin /

I had a similar problem with my switch. I had to move it all the way to the accessory position to lock the wheel and remove the key. It was also real hard to turn to the start position. As John says,
