- I wouldn't worry just yet. Turning the motor over by hand is fairly slow, allowing air to leisurely make its way through the end gaps of the piston rings. So you are going to get quite low readings.

- Yes, AUD505 are HS6 carbs, with a 1 3/4 inch bore. The R and F suffixes denote rear and front. I think, but can't be positive, that these carbs were used on some TR4s before the switch to the Zenith
