I'm looking to buy a 110V welder, for small projects. Anyone have suggestions, caveats, etc. as to brand, model, best place to get one, etc? I'm guessing Northern Tool is the best source, but open to

I have both a Miller EconoTig Tig welder and an HTP Mig welder. I would recommend both of those brands to anybody who was looking for a welder. Both of the units that I have run on 220V but I believe

The 75% Co2 and 25% Argon mix works great. It cuts splatter to almost zero. I would stay away from the flux wire.Your just not going to get as clean of a weld with it. Mike B.
