Hi Matt, The difference is there is a specific allowance for manufacturer TSB crash bolts and the resulting alignment, even if it is outside the manufacturer's suggested range of adjustment. Section

In that same vein, Porsche authorizes the use of the updated tensioner, but it doesn't have to be done. The bolts *may* be used. A frame straightening device would also result in a correct alignment
