- I've tried everything I can think of to get the key out of the crankshaft, including vice grip plyers, smacking it with a hammer and punch, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated :-) Thanks., Rya

- We got it out after smacking it repeatedly with a screwdriver and hammer by spraying some Liquid Wrench on it. It came out fairly nicely after that, and we didn't scratch up the snout... Ryan
