You're going to be pushing it too much without an overdrive at 65. You mentioned that the car is new? Have you driven it much since you bought it? If the temp needle starts to hit 195, than I think

Before ya leave try changing the thermostat to a lower temp. it may help. 195 is a tad warm 200 almost too much,, but a good 160-65 thermostat is of the essence. chuck
