That's about the way it is on the Tiger, but it does open enough to get the top up and down. OK for the Tiger, I know, but the soft top mechanism for the Series II is substantially different. Ramon -

Ugly only if you leave 'em off. For us, it just complicates the procedure. Take the side panels off, raise the soft top, put the side panels back on. Then take the side panels off, lower the soft top
