- I bought a recon Holbay short engine from a guy who is very familiar with rebuilding them. He advised that the biggest problem is priming the oil pump, suggesting I should fill via the filter fitting

- The SV was fitted with an oil cooler as standard, so I would not be inclined to leave it off!! (Don't forget that it also holds, at a guess, around 15% of the oil!) Pete
