I'll try this again, I am refurbishing the rocker cover from a '76 TR6. The filter/baffel (this material will be referred to hereafter as stuff) seemed pretty clogged. I felt that the stuff should be

That"stuff" is a wire mesh. Similar to a very rough 3M scotch pad. You can pull it out once you have lifted the sides with long nosed pliers. Once out, you will need to soak it for a long time in a d
