I'm checking out the upcoming rack unit replacment on my tr6. The shop manual states the fan must be removed from the crankshaft pulley. I'd like to avoid this. It looks like more of a pain in the b

The fan comes off quite easily. You didn't state your year but my '75 has 4 bolts that hold the fan onto the extension and they are easy to get off. If the extension has to come off, then maybe you'
