OK. I've heard just about everything I can imagine except how fast a TR6 is at top speed on this list. Does anyone want to share how fast they have been in a TR6? Just curious. I myself have only bee

I've made it to a hundred & I must say it was noisy with the top down but pretty stable. As far as I'm concerned with stock gearing & no overdrive that's about it for me. Besides on the streets or hi

A friend plugged in the numbers on my EP racecar with a 3.45 rearend and said I was doing 136 mph at 7200 rpm (drafting a Corvette). You can probably get 110 out of a stock 6. Don't try 65 on the Atl

Mine is an "original" '69 with the yellow line at 5000 RPM, and I'm uncomfortable taking it over 4500. Since the speedometer bounces, I think the closest I can guess it is 65. BTW, what could be up w

Top speed with stock 3.7 rear end gears, stock tire diameter, stock gearbox ratios, is about 110 in 4th gear, 135 in 4th with overdrive engaged. That's at engine redline, so this is very theoretical.
