- I have just installed my rebuilt TR6 engine. It ran fine with a large oil leak between the front plate and the block just above the driver side oil galley that runs horizontal below the distributor.

- Thanks. I did have the front spring in the back and the back in the front. It was very hard to get the back in the front, no wonder. The back came up 1 1/2 inches and the front twent down to normal.

- To all: I just installed a new mostly aluminum gear reduction starter from Moss in my 1974 TR6. About 1/2 of the time the starter gear does not engage the fly wheel ring and spins very fast. Any idea
