Ray,
Make sure you have the correct U-joint for the car.=C2=A0 You probably do b=
ut compare it with the old one just to be sure.=C2=A0 Look for any burrs on=
the prop shaft where the U-joints go in.=C2=A0 Use sockets and a vise to p=
ress everything together.=C2=A0 Make sure everything is straight as you pre=
ss them together.=C2=A0 Don't get too crazy with how much pressure to use.=
=C2=A0 If they stop moving but they aren't far enough in then take them apa=
rt and start over.=C2=A0 Use grease to keep the rollers in place.
If you get really frustrated then Pgh Driveshaft can replace them for you.=
=C2=A0 They are fairly reasonable priced.
Hope that helps.

All,
I am trying to replace the U joints on the diff side of the propeller shaft=
on a GT6.=C2=A0 After installing the U joint, I pressed both ends in as fa=

not on the other. It seems I only need a very tiny fraction of an inch of c=

Eventually after pressing extremely forcibly with the C=C2=A0 clamp tool th=
e cup failed on the opposite end.=C2=A0 I going to take it apart to see if =
I had some trash or a needle bearing in the bottom of the cups but I=E2=80=

What am I doing wrong?
Thanks,
