Ah, something I've been meaning to mention is that, at one time, MJB had set
up a separate list just for chapters: _vtr-chapters@autox.team.net_
(mailto:vtr-chapters@autox.team.net) . Whether it's still in operation, I
don't know
(we'll see, since I copied this message to it); whether it's still desirable,
I don't know, either!
