Pardon me for spamming your mailing list with this, but...
I'm a non-Triumph person (Lotus bias) with a net-impaired/ car-impaired
friend who has inherited two Triumphs she doesn't wish to keep. She has
asked me to help her sell them. If anyone is interested, please contact
me first since Andy doesn't know anything technical about the cars. If
you're still interested after I describe the cars (and you should be) we'll
get Andy involved to talk deal.

Details on the cars are as follows:
1963 Triumph TR-3B -- Black/Black/Bright Chrome wire wheels. New
side-curtians, recent top, tonneau and interior. New headlamp trim
rings. Clean/dry engine bay. No rust, few minor stone-dings, paint has
some checking. The bonnet is damaged (it wasn't latched during the last
drive) and the windshield is cracked. A quick fix and the car is ready to
enjoy. Pictures available. $8,000 obo.
1968 Triumph TR-250 project car, VERY complete. Partially dismantled for
restoration (removed the windshield frame, boot, bonnet, grill, right
fenders & door, interior, intake, exhaust and steering rack). Still on
it's wheels & rolling. Many new parts including the rack & pinion,
alternator, oil cooler, complete exhaust, tranny tunnel, rocker panels,
floor panels, windshield, top, rebuilt transmission, more... Engine was
strong when last run in '89 (but you'll rebuild it, wontcha?) $4,000
obo. (Note, if you bought a $2500 project and then bought all the
new-in-the-box parts that this car comes with, what would your total outlay
be?)
Thanks for your tolerance... and our interest.
Tim
