To get out both sides of the story, the Facet pump I installed in my
Lotus 7 in 1995 keeps on ticking.

I have also had three of the Facet square and newer plastic ones fail on
my Lotus Sevens. I will not use one again. They are garbage.
I am now using an original old Bendix blue top on my Series two
(positive ground) and a VW type tube Carter on my neg ground series one.
Both work fine and I can trust them.
Facet has lost my business and i have heard many others who have had
issues with them
