I heartily disagree! The "game" doesn't start until the starter decides to
throw the green, and that's purely up to him or her, as to when they throw it,
or if they throw it or not. It's the driver's job to understand WHEN its OK
to start racing, and that's "NOT UNTIL YOU SEE THE GREEN". That doesn't
mean when you "think" the green went out, or someone told you on the radio it
went green. If you stand on it when there's no green, or start passing people
before you see the green, you're guilty and should be penalized for your
actions.
