I think you need to be a little more careful before posing
questions like that.
Firstly what do you mean by the "Brian Redman series"? To
my knowledge there are currently two races with his name
directly attached but which are otherwise totally
independent.
One is his Jefferson 500, now to be run by HMSA, for which
the race groups are very clearly defined and have specific
historic significance. If you have a problem with those
groupings you do have the option not to enter. From my
personal observation I would say it is you car that might
be the 'odd one out' not the other way round. I have no
problem with your car but if you do then the answer is in
your own hands.
The other race is the BRIC which is administered jointly by
the track and the VSCDA. Brian lends his friendly, gracious
and interesting presence but is otherwise not connected
with administering the event.
