OK, so the next set of belts are FIA approved.

someone prior mentioned burns/firesuits. I wasn't aware that D. Earnhart 
Jr. was burned because of not wearing fire underwear. I saw the race in 
car shots and noted the burning fuel all over, so I figured that it was 
  due to fuel and heat.

just more proof that wearing fire resistant underwear and the multilayer 
suit is important.
