Mr. Ryan is correct. Vintage is a regional class in SCCA with supplemental
regulations set within each region. NW Region, Oregon Region and San
Francisco Region have all adopted the same supplemental regulations. The
roll bar requirements are from the 1972 GCR. You can find a copy of the
Oregon Region Supplemental Regulations at http://oregonscca.com/vintage. You
can buy a 1972 GCR at the SCCA web site: http://www.scca.org
