First, sorry to hear about the diff.  FWIW, my "gee fella, you better start
writing this stuff down" lesson was engine oil.  Ouch.
I have a set of store bought lists called "Track Data" by Craig S. Pearce.

is what is printed on the rear cover.
The pages are printed on one side only; they are meant to be photocopied.  I
selected the choice few that were mose meaningful to me, added a few things,
and made a set of master copies.
Covers everything from car prep to driver debrief.
