I always drain mine when I return from a race weekend although I know there
is some residual fuel that the pump won't pick up. ATL says, for storage, you
should drain the cell completely, wash and dry the interior, close off all
ports and keep it in a dark, warm, and dry area. I wonder how many people do
that.
