1963-66 SCCA Production Car Specs for a Lotus 7 America

Anybody out there got any of the SCCA PCS's for 1963-66?  I'm looking for the
options list for a  Lotus 7 America with BMC engine.  I've been told that 1
1/2" SUs were permitted in those years and would like to verify that (and get
copies of the documentation to prove it).
