Harold,
Visit this page and send Jim a note. He'll probably know who to contact to
get history ont he car.

And for everyone else, this is a neat old sprint-oriented page. Jim
Carmichael has devoted a ton of time to compile a lot of racing history for
roundy-round fans.

PS If you find another oldsprinter, give me a shout. I have that on my

Subject: Indiana sprint car info?
Hi guys,
Here's a wierd one. I have recently purchased an old sprint car built in the
mid-1950s (I think). I was told the builder was a machinist in Paris, Ill.
named Bill Rhoads. Does anyone have any idea how I could trace down the
history on this car? It was run at Terre Haute and other nearby tracks.
Thanks,
Harold Pace
