I have a safety issue I need help with regarding the portable air tanks
that we take to the track. Mine is a Midwest Products 5 gallon unit
with max pressure of 120 psi. An discard date of October 2000 is
stamped on the tank. Has anyone had any problems with these tanks? Am
I going to get my head blown off some day when using or transporting
this tank? Does the moisture from a compressor rust the tank from the
inside and you can not see the damage until too late? Thanks for your
