I personally wouldn't give him a break, good guy or not!
A big problem today are people like that, that have no
business etiquette and assume you want something
that you aren't even asking for and then to inconvenient
you to repackage and send the item back at the cost of
your time and money. I get that type of time wasting
(and I'll be real kind here) correspondence at least once
a week, somebody wants money for something they think
I want. The proofs should be put on display towards the
end of each race day or Sunday. It certainly works for
commercial river rafting enterprises. It's really the
lack of common business courtesy that bothers the
hell out of me.
