Larry: The important question is not whether CART has one year, or two, to live, and what the causes of its demise will be, but rather what its terminal illness means to OPW racing, road racing, racing in general. This case study probably does demonstrate the shortcomings of consensus management, however. Nobody likes a dictator, but he can make the trains run on time....
