Lotus Intake/Exhaust manifold?

Can anyone supply me with or direct me to a photo of
the Lotus tubular intake/exhaust manifold as
originally fitted to the S2 Lotus Seven America with
the BMC 948 Sprite motor?

Secondly, has anyone ever seen one for sale, and if
so, what's the going rate for such an item?
