drawing a line?

geez!  all i keep drawing are circles......without my straight edge....lol!
i could never figure out if i belonged in the circle on outside the circle?

guess it would have to be a rather large circle if i were to be inside of
it?  (those of you who know me, know it would need to be a big circle) :)
