Budget?  I'm sorry. I'm not familiar with the term....;-)
Is that where you guess how much you're gonna spend?
or is it the most you Hope to spend?
  
The term Budget directly begat it's corollary, "OverBudget".
  
OK, I guess none of us actually budget our racing.....but
how many of us keep accurate totals?
