Kevin In addition to what I said before, we put a set of short ones, 1/2 or 3/4 inch on Mark Robinson's Spitfire, with SU's, and picked up about 7% HP everywhere. The long ones didn't cut it. SU's & Strombergs seem to respond the same. We use a thing on the Holleys on our 289 Fords called a stub stack that helps, and it is very short. What really works slick is to have a cold air box feeding the velocity stacks. vroom-vroom Walt |
