1970 Trans Am Mustang built and raced by Dan Furey in the 1970 Trans Am
series. Car has the SCCA Brass Tag # 72AS08 assigned to it in the '72 Trans
Am season.
The car has the correct larger Lincoln front brakes and the correct rear
brake mounting brackets that hold the moved Mustang front discs to the rear.
Many new parts are included with the car including: a Canton road race oil
pan, Clottes roller timing chain, Stewart Warner gauges, underide traction
bars, clutch, pressure plate, flywheel and throw out bearing,
Engine stuff includes three cams, (one flat tappet and two rollers), three
set of valves, (including a DOXZ titanium set), Crane roller rockers, DOZX
T/A rods and a new set of Forgetrue pistons, (12.5 -1), & rings.
Standard Boss 4-bolt block and steel crank
Bud Moore Mini-plenum, 800 dual pump Holley, a complete new engine bolt kit,
'69 water pump setup with a Boss 302 pump and extra alternators and
starters.
Extra upper and lower control arms, spindles, America 200S aluminum rims
(8.5X15), misc extra body parts, (front valance, headlight buckets,
lightened trunk lid with rear spoiler) and many other items.
