In addition to what has already been recommended I'd add -
- a small piece (2' x 3') of rubber backed carpet to put under any part
of the car that habitually leaks. That way you can move it aside after the
car is out - avoids getting oil on your nomex soaks - so yukky. Mark it
very clearly "Oil" or you'll likely use it as a normal bit of carpet while
changing - with above yukky results.
Since I've only had Brit engines that never leak I put it under the
Hewland.
