I have an original aluminum, one piece seat in the Arnolt-Bristol...but with
a 1950's mentality mounting system. I have been bothered by this for some
time and I am having it inspected, reconfigured and welded to the floor for
this racing season. I figure that in the past 15 years of racing this
car....I've been extremely fortunate not to have tested it's inability to
protect me!
Sure....go ahead and race that completely 'eligible car' ...the one that
looks authentic and just right....right before the horrific crash! Is the
VSCCA listening?
