Formcar Formula V

Have come across what is reputed to be an original, unassembled Formcar kit.  
Have not seen it, but was considering it myself for awhile and have talked 
extensively with the owner.  Includes frame, two bodies, beam, transaxle, 
instruments, dash, etc.  He's asking 3500.  I have no personal or financial
