No lie (from what I've been told). I've seen the car years ago. It's rough 
and incomplete (you guessed that). However, was rust-free at that time and 
appeared to be straight. It has a race history (SCCA) and was run out of 
Louisiana. the shop that has it is moving and wants to get rid of it. Call 
Millard Almon at 214-327-2966 (he doesn't own it, but did and knows who has 
it now). Car located in Austin, Texas I think. Tell him I sent you. If 
unsold, will probably be crushed.
