Superflo Dyno Help???

Anyone out there familiar with the Superflo 900 dyno?  Having some technical 
problems and looking for some assistance.  This is an out of production model 
and Superflo not much help.  Not getting a control signal to the water valve 
servo.  Connections are all intact....looks to be a board level problem in 
the console.  Any input would be appreciated.
