thanks for the input, I am in the GOC, I am not building a fake car, I have a 
94 G27GRS  in LHD that I am building up as my street car, as I race vintage 
sprites I asked the list for guidance on the rack issue, I to have heard of 
the fakes issue, and am familiar with the DARE(g-4/12) cars as well. I  dont 
think my Rover V8 powered 'E' type rearend car will ever pass a vintage tech 
inspection, but it WILL be one interesting drive ..........
