Carroll Smith, in his "____ to Win" series of books, touts the Zynolyte
line of "rattle-can" epoxy paint as the absolute best. I tried it and I
totally agree. I seriously prefer it to powder coat 'cause you can do
touch-up as required. The chassis color I've used on various Lotus race
cars is "machinery grey". Find a source from their site:
