As a corner worker who has spent a fair amount of time on a hot track doing
my job, I can tell you that my least favorite drivers are the ones who
ignore yellows, especially waving ones, when workers are exposed. . I hate
it even more when I am the corner captain, and I have to send others into a
dangerous situation. I can promise you that we ALWAYS call these in. From
there, it is up to the stewards. Some stewards are great and will
immediately black flag the offender (THANK YOU). I wish they all did.
