Jack - given my experiances this summer I'll bring back those memories by :

5.  Packing tools and spares into the car.  Drive six hours to a grass field.
Strip and rebuild engine, drive for ten minutes, tow home.

6.  Waiting for it to really start raining.  Take off waterproofs and sit in
puddle in an open car for half an hour.  Drive for one minute.  Try and dry out
in a tent.

Oh these blissfull English summers.  Torrential rain at EVERY event I went
to...  Still beats being stuck in here all day!!
