Scott, that's about the only thing I've had not leak, if we are talking about the same thing. Are you referring to the felt seal that contacts the drive shaft? If so, that is an easy fix. You might not even have to pull the engine and transmission if you can get to where you can pull it off of the end snout and pound a new one on. Check you drive shaft where it contacts the seal to make sure there are no dents in it. That could be keeping it from sealing properly. GJB |
