I have a 948 Sprite crank which is giving me a bit of trouble-

Prep: The rod journals are cross drilled, the "open" hole being around .125".
The stock holes, which are around .200", have their brass restrictor inserts,
with an opening of around .090-.100".

The problem- the brass inserts are working their way out, and wearing against
the bearing shell. Makes a nice oil grove where there was none!

Are there ready made replacements for these restrictors? I imagine I'll have
too much oil flow on the crank if I just remove them. Any other thoughts?
