Re: brake line valve needed

on a sprite project car we're doing we need to put a  manual valve on the
brake line to the rear wheels to meet the state requirement for a parking
brake, the car has double bearing hubs so the original emergency brake system
is not there.  I have seen this system  done on hot rods, but  cant locate the
part needed thru the normal hot rod shops .  we are located in San
Francisco....thanks...... chuck
