Mystery Master Cylinder

My clutch master cylinder died.  It's on a MGA, but it is not from an
MGA and I havent a clue what it is from.  

Perhaps someone could recognise its source from this description.

Lockheed, Aluminum body with integral "tin can" reservoir, 0.7" bore,
rear banjo style fitting, bolt holes in mounting flabge offset approx 30
degrees from vertical (spose it could be 45, hard to say)
