Water weter actually increases surface heat transfer and prevents
localized boiling/overheating. Plain water is not as good as mixes with
other substances (like ethelyne or propylene glycol) becasue it boils at
too low a temp. WW is a good solution since most tracks ban antifreeze.
In my Alfa, it is worth 10-20 deg F on a hot day of racing.
