FYI- The car that was t-boned and exploded on the backstraight of Riverside in the film "On the Beach", was the John Edgar/ Jack McAffee MG spl. It had a beautiful Emil Deidt aluminum body and was a true goner. One of the worst examples of movie mis-use. Bob Drake drove the 750 Monza. Peter Boyd |
